Facial

I went to office today. Should be a successful one. Yap. =)

When I was walking back home, a lady approached me. She approached me a couple times previously but I just walked away. But seeing her so persistence and having to approach me so many times, I went to the shop with her. It was a facial shop near my house. I thought to only take sample from her. But she told me to take up a package. Okay, you know I don't really know how to reject people. So I agreed to do only once today. There goes my $75. I did signed up for facial package before and found that it was so time consuming and tiring. I'm way too lazy. So too bad.

I thought I can go home early and rest. But anyway, the facial was not too bad. I don't know how to describe. I was quite satisfied with the treatment, massage, got one part is the electrical thing then got the cold effect and one part to clean my pores, that part is the most painful part. But I was not quite satisfied with the last part where I can feel the consultant is trying to rush off. And I think it is a difficult consultant where this one is more rough, I don't like. And they have some internal conflicts among the consultants, they spoke in Cantonese. They think I'm little kid doesn't understand. There are these two consultants were bad mouthing this other consultant. I don't know who is right and who is wrong. But I feel it is quite negative to talk bad in front of the customer.

After I finished my facial, got one lady told me to ask up for a package. I said no for like 3 times and finally she let me off, she was damn unhappy la when I rejected. What a good customer service huh? I feel bad about rejecting her, but she doesn't need to give me attitude right? What the... I thought I will patronize the shop next time when I have the time or in good mood or what so ever. But now, don't need anymore.
