Thanks to my exams, I'm able to stay at home. Haha! We have a home or rather a house but don't stay for long. The house is only for sleeping time. That costs lot of money like thousands plus plus plus for a HDB flat min. If you are talking about Condo, close to a million maybe. If you are talking about terrace, bungalow etc... u are looking at millions if I'm not wrong.

I was just wondering, why people spent so much money on houses and not staying inside for long to enjoy it.

Thanks for my exam I got to enjoy at home I guess. Well, I prepared mushroom soup yesterday. Well, that is a miracle I guess to actually get myself to open the stove. Sorry, I'm a terribly lazy person if you got to know me. Haha! I even lazy to go down to buy something to eat if I'm at home. I love my home so much especially the bed. That's why to prevent myself from going to my bed, I'm at my brother's room.

So what's was my point? Oh ya, so now I'm single and below 35, I'm not eligible for HDB flat. Damn it. So to get a house for myself, I'm a person who is anti-social and like to be alone, to think alone. Sorry, I'm a person who thinks a lot and a lot on nonsensical stuffs. That's why I need space. Haha! Actually for investment purposes as well. Okay, so I could only look at condo and above. Nice one, don't even have the cash now to even afford HDB maybe a one room flat, now even talking about condos? Whatever.

But I will! Yes, I can! =) I need to be thrifty. I was surfing the net last night looking at some of the richest man and found that they are rich for a reason. They lead a frugal life even though they are rich and they donate a lot to charity. Like our Singapore's richest man, Ng Teng Fong who died recently in 2 Feb 2010, he led a frugal and unostentatious lifestyle. Although he controlled at least a quarter of Singapore's housing market, he lived in the same house in Watten Estate, off Bukit Timah Road, for over 30 years and was known to even bring his own lunch on airplanes. Another example is Bill Gates and Warren Buffett actually donated his fortune or wealth to the needy, they already signed on the giving pledge. I think if I'm not wrong, they are the ones who came out with this idea. So you see, they are rich for a reason. They want to help the people in need. Wow!

It has been more than a week that I didn't go catch a movie already. Oh well, that is another miracle I created. You can see how spendthrift I was, to watch at least movie every week. I did watched consecutively for 3 days if I remember correctly. But anyway, if the cinemas want to hire me to watch movies and review on the movies I don't mind! =) I got free movies to watch. Haha! Is there such job available I wonder? But anyway, I do wish that my house got a threater at home. Wahaha! Not bad huh? If I remember correctly, F4 Korean has right? a threater at home? Damn cool! Somemore the seats are shiok that kind like the ones in Gold Class.

But anyway, where was I again? I dreamt about my husband is a singer. Is it a dream or is it my sub-conscious mind. (I think is JJ. Haha!)

okay never mind. I shall go to study. Tax paper is suck. See ya soon again! Bye! =)
